Recently, we have confirmed an incident in which customers are being directed to a fake website or call center that uses the name of our company or our group companies to request personal information (credit card number, PIN, etc.) from customers.

At Homifax, we do not collect payment or personal information over the phone, in person by any of our company representatives.

Please be aware that such call centers are not connected with our company.
