Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Team Coordinator to oversee and drive the performance of our account coordination teams across a designated region. The Regional Team Leader will manage teams responsible for asset verification, tracking, and report publishing, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership, strategic vision, and expertise in asset management processes to support Homifax’s mission of building trust and value for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Coordinators to deliver high-quality asset verification, tracking, and publishing services, meeting performance goals and client expectations.
  • Oversee regional operations, ensuring accurate and timely verification of asset records, and publication of verified reports on the Homifax Multi Listing Service (HMLS).
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency, improve client retention, and drive regional growth in asset management services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key regional clients, addressing escalations and fostering strong relationships to support asset valuation and transaction processes.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, including the accuracy of verified records and client satisfaction, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technology teams to align regional objectives with Homifax’s goal of delivering trusted, data-driven asset management solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regional regulations related to asset verification and record management.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to support professional development and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in asset management, account management, or client services, preferably in asset verification, tracking, or publishing.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of asset record management processes, including verification, tracking, and reporting, with familiarity in CRM and asset management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics and process optimization.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed (up to 25% of the time).
  • Experience in home services, real estate, or financial services industries is a plus.
