We are seeking talented individuals to join our global team as Homifax Certified Record Auditors or as interns working toward certification, with a hybrid work model spanning Vietnam, Thailand, USA, and Malaysia.

Job Summary:
We are hiring Homifax Certified Record Auditors to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our records across multiple jurisdictions in a hybrid work environment. For candidates without certification, we offer an internship pathway to earn Homifax certification, complete a swearing-in process, and transition into a full-time auditor role.

Key Responsibilities (Certified Auditor):

• Perform detailed audits of records per Homifax standards and company policies.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of documentation in digital and physical formats.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, proposing process enhancements.
• Collaborate with teams in Vietnam, Thailand, USA, and Malaysia to maintain consistent auditing practices.
• Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to management.
• Stay informed on local regulations and Homifax requirements across all regions.
• Support hybrid workflows with remote tools and occasional on-site visits.

Internship Pathway (For Non-Certified Applicants):

• Participate in a structured internship program to prepare for the Homifax Record Auditor certification exam.
• Assist certified auditors with record verification and compliance tasks.
• Upon passing the exam, complete a swearing-in process to join the Homifax team as a full-time auditor.
• Transition to the full responsibilities outlined above.

Qualifications:
For Certified Auditor Applicants:

• Homifax Certification in Record Auditing (required).
• 3-5 years of experience in record auditing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, compliance standards, and record management systems.
• Technical Specialty:
  
  • Prior knowledge or experience in one or more of the following fields is highly desirable:
    • Real Estate
    • Automotive
    • Marine Boat
    • Yacht
    • General Aviation
    • Healthcare
  • Familiarity with industry-specific record-keeping practices and regulations in these sectors is a strong advantage.

*For Internship Applicants:

• Interest in pursuing a career in record auditing; no prior Homifax certification required.
• Relevant educational background (e.g., accounting, business, or related fields) or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to completing the Homifax certification exam and swearing-in process.

General Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency in English; additional fluency in Vietnamese, Thai, or Malay is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital auditing tools and software (preferred).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Vietnam, Thailand, USA, and Malaysia.
• Valid work authorization for the listed countries is a plus.
