Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join our growing team. The Account Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project coordination, and high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Manage client accounts, including onboarding, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing account performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Experience in the home services, real estate, or related industries is a plus.
